  Porch spruce-up help wanted next week. Need someone to paint the porch floor by scraping where needed, and then rolling and /or brushing water based paint on floor. This gets done annually and so is not too difficult a job. Other parts of the porch need cleaning and spot-painting too.

  By the hour or by the bid? And I recommend epoxy-based porch and floor paint, it's water clean up. Super durable, you should get more than one year out of it with proper prep. 508.693.2052
