  My little guy is 18 months old and it's about time to schedule his first dental appointment. I'm looking for recommendations for a pediatric dentist (in East County since we live in Alpine). Bonus points for any places that make the first visit extra special.

  All of our kids go to Dr. Toppi. They have an office in Alpine in the shopping center with Mananas and Panda Machi. But, I think they may be closing that office soon. Not sure though. There's an office in Mission valley too. (619)659-9620 or (858)270-2343. They have ortho and dentist at same numbers, so I'm not sure who will answer which line!

  Russell Toppi (corner of Moraga and Balboa in the medical center) http://www.toppiorthodontics.com/ - His brother Gary Toppi is the dentist and right next door! - They were recommended to us and we are going to both.
