  Hi All and Thanks for the add! Two weeks ago I had my health check done with all the blood tests to find out I have Vitamin D Deficiency. Thyroid and diabetes all ok. The reason the doctor sent me for my testing was due to my fatigue, dizziness, nausea and I seem down all the time. My results were 3.7 and apparently I should be between 70-170. I got my prescription for D3 6000iu a day. Doc also said he wanted monthly blood tests and that I wouldn't be anywhere close to normal for 3 months. After reading many post and comments I realise I should be having K2 and magnesium to help with the D3. So just a couple of questions. Am I taking enough D3? What brand/type of k2 n magnesium do u suggest (I live in Australia) and how much with the above amount should I be taking. And how long will it take for me to shake this fatigue and nausea???!   Sonya Hole yes you need to be taking at least 10,000 units of D3 a day I agree with Kate on that. As far as K2 this is a good brand to take and I just ordered some on Amazon last night 90 mcg of Jarrow Brand Vitamin K2 (MK-7) soft gel Daily. Now to the magnesium you can start out with taking Epsom's salt and baking soda bath use a cup of each and soak for 20 to 40 minutes this will get the magnesium in your system without upsetting your bowels after that you can move onto a magnesium citrate use it at night and it will help you relax and sleep use a small dose to start out with or it can act as a laxative. Work up slow. Whatever you do do not take magnesium oxide. I like a product called natural calm it's made by natural vitality.com it can be ordered online or bought in health food stores it's a powdered form you can start out just a teaspoon in an eighth of a cup of water and drink it in one swallow do that for several nights when your sure your bowels are going to tolerate that you can move up to 2 teaspoons and go from there.
