I want you to know because I think the reviews should be available on your site to protect people,and that I was persuaded...with a deadline .. to pay someone directly that was advertising on your site, so there should be a consequence to him or anyone that tries to advertise under the name Robert Houilan, since it seems anytime the reviews get overwhelmingly bad he changes his business name.

I purchases a groupon for this "business" as I had a trip to Reno and needed a ride home upon coming back.
I booked a reservation with the extremely rude Bob via email (after being told to do so after our phone call). It took about a week for him to get back to me through email (after I emailed him multiple times to confirm my reservation). He said that he indeed did send a confirmation of my reservation already (I had checked all inboxes an spam boxes, I received nothing) and minutes after his response, I received a confirmation of my pick up reservation. (clearly he did not send it in the first place).
I figured all was okay and I was ready to be picked up at the airport, but I guess I was wrong. My flight arrived into LaGuardia and I get an email alert saying that my reservation was cancelled due to nonpayment from groupon. Firstly, the fact that he would email me, cancelling my reservation, instead of giving me a call goes to show how terrible of a business this truly is. Had he asked if I wanted to pay full price and take up the matter with Groupon itself, I would have been happy to do so. Instead, I was left stranded at the airport for 3 hours trying to find another ride home.
The controversy of them not receiving payment should not result in cancelling my reservation, as I had already paid for the groupon voucher. Bob should have taken this up with them.
Please avoid this "company" at all costs and go with someone else!
