  We spend dozens and dozens of hours every year researching, pricing, and looking for the right firm for payroll and benefits. Our experience with TriNet was not great. Others have been worse. In the end, we moved payroll back in house (after 10 years with various outsourced firms) and moved our insurance to www.cuatrobenefits.com. Happy to share more of my experiences and reasoning if you'd like.
