  Just found out my handyman of many years is moving to Colorado. I've got a big list that I was preparing for him so now I'm looking for someone new. Work includes minor fence repair, replacing/painting some deck boards, replacing motion sensor external lights, replacing external sconces around deck areas, replacing heater/exhaust fan in bathroom, replacing under cabinet lights in kitchen, re-caulking/grouting shower area, some minor plumbing repairs.
