Customer service is a key component to running a successful business. My fiancé and I booked with Jess at the beginning of this year for our wedding in September. Getting closer to the date, I have made numerous attempts to contact Jess to confirm final details with no success. Resorting to private messaging on Facebook, I received a response along with an excuse and a promise to make contact the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went. After multiple texts, calls and messages, we have cancelled our order and decided to take our business elsewhere. Yes, her product quality is good. Yes, the value is good. But if you treat your customers without priority, your loss is another's gain.
Looking for a place that is reasonable and good and will do a frozen Birthday cake. Any Suggestions?
