  Flooded an area of basement due to using my hose for the 1st time this year. PLUMBER needed. Have NO IDEA where the turn off valve is in this house! We need front and back yard hose hook ups fixed. Would be helpful if plumber was familiar with Dan Ryan homes in Rockingham :/

  Just in case, I found the nicest plumber! Dave the Plumber. Cleaned up his entire mess, even the mulch & only charged me $99. Dave's # is 301.991.4116. AND the valve was really hard to find! Idk what Dan Ryan was thinking sometimes, but still love my house smile emoticon
