  I'm a little late seeing this, because my TDS Internet was down most of the day as well. I did get a hold of someone by calling 1-888-CALLTDS (1-888-225-5837) . I was on hold for an extended time to find out that it was a major outage. I believe this phone # may be used to contact TDS for any reason.
