About us
Rachel resides in Lebanon, Tennessee with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters. Rachel was delighted to oversee the design of their lovely custom home built in 2008. Rachel enjoys working with people and encouraging greatness in all things. She is a passionate personality who is very purpose-driven and seeks accomplishment and success in her endeavors. Rachel has the ability to communicate effectively in various situations and puts people at ease in her presence. Some of Rachel’s favorite things are Ministry- encouraging others to grow & develop their God-given potential, travel with family, reading on the beach, watching HGTV, shopping- of course, doing design work, and hanging out with family and friends. The most important things in Rachel’s life are Faith, Family, and Friends.
Since childhood Rachel has been interested in design, color, architecture & landscape design. Her personal style & taste stood out even in her Senior year of High School where she was elected “Sophisticated Senior” & “Most Stylish”. She then pursued these interests in college where she majored in Marketing/ Fashion Merchandising, concentrating on her Interior Design electives. Over the years, Rachel worked in sales as a Flooring Designer, in Fashion Merchandising for department stores, in Rental Services Management, in the Home Mortgage field, and working independently as a Distributor for Nutritional products. The one thing that has always been consistent is her passion for design and decorating. Over the years, she has done this mostly as a hobby for not only herself, but for friends and family. It’s no surprise that one of her greatest passions is now her business.
Rachel and husband, Scott, have built and/or finished FIVE homes over the years, and sold four of those homes quickly with a profit, even without using the services of a realtor with all but one of those homes. The first home, in the Nashville area, was sold within a day of putting it for sale with a... show more significant profit. The next home, in the Atlanta area, sold within a month. The third home, in the Nashville area, sold within 2 months. And finally, the fourth home, in the Atlanta area, sold in a very slow market within 2 months. They attribute much of this success to Rachel’s ability to effectively STAGE those homes and market them to potential buyers.
Rachel is a graduate of The Staging Diva Home Staging Training/Certification, which is a thorough program designed and administered by highly successful, Home Stager & Marketing expert- Debra Gould (President of Six Elements, LLC).
With Rachel’s natural gifting, passion, experience and training, she is sure to help sellers get the maximum profit in less time, to equip realtors in giving their clients the edge over the competition whereby selling more homes faster with greater commissions, or to assist homeowners in creating spaces in which they love and can use most effectively for their lifestyle! show more
