For our sisters who wear the hijab, we can make adjustments to the jewellery of your choice so it can be accessorized over your hijab.
At B Kayz Jewellery and Accessories, we want to make your return as easy as possible.
Conditions for Returns:
Item is mailed within 14 days from the date of purchase
Item is not worn or used
Item is in its original new condition
Please note that in the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless faulty and special orders are not returnable. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer
Please note we DO NOT refund or exchange any custom made items that have been made to your specifications or have been ordered in for you especially. Please make sure you are entirely happy with size and spec of item from details we provide you prior to confirming your order.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please contact us informing us of the conditions which are not met and we will suggest a suitable alternative for you.

You are eligible for refund as far as you meet the return criteria mentioned above.
