  Hey Cougars. I prefer to offer this to alumni first; I am back in KC for a short period and have a lot of repairs necessary at my Mothers house. These include Electrical, plumbing, structural including outside work, concrete, tree stump removal, paint stripping and may other needs. Thankfully the roof is new so that is about the only part that doesn't need repair. I am looking for estimates from licensed, established and proven professionals for probate claims against the estate of the person responsible for the shoddy repairs, many of which she was forced to pay for.
