  Please we need a VERY NOT EXPENSIVE veterinarian in the Miami area to remove a small tumor from a sweet rescue dog! Any suggestion? Please we need help for this little terrier rescued from the street of Miami by our friend in a very bad shape. His name is "Dumbbell" ,male, about 2 years old and 13 lb. Our friend love him to death by unfortunately he is not a rich guy and struggle to pay all the medical attention Dumbbell needs. ( He paid $380 last month for tick and flea infestation ,dental, etc) . Now to remove this tumor his Vet ask him $900 but he can"t really afford !! We promise to help him to find a better solution. Any suggestion for a "super affordable" Veterinarian in the Miami area???? Thanks
