  I've used East Coast Comfort several times with great results (in fact, they're putting a large new four zone system in my gut-job house as I write this). One of the things I like about them is that they're easygoing about my somewhat demanding requirements for placing equipment and running vents/etc. to save space. http://www.eastcoastcomfort.com/
