  Does anyone know a good Bankruptcy Attorney in the Woodbridge, VA - Northern VA area?? I need some advice. My mortgage company (Bank of America) is making it impossible to get caught up on my payments... yet they are willing to let me stay in my house if I file. They said I could more than likely stay in my house for another 1-2 years and that it takes some time for these things to go through. Therefore I need advice as to exactly when to file to prolong my departure from my home.
