Not ever had him professionally groomed (groomed at home only) but he is itching his back end fur more than normal so want him washed and groomed to be able to see the skin better, and then possibly a vet visit for some skin cream.   I would probably go to see the vet first, then you'll know if there is a problem? Shampoo might not be the best thing for the skin. If the vet can't find anything wrong, I would be looking at diet first. This lady only has one dog in at a time, which is good for the more nervous dogs.
