At each step in the process we provided spreadsheets about what still wasn’t done, in writing. He is a local dad in our school district and should be mortified at the way he has treated a family in his own community. We are now 57 days into a 10 day remodel/fix on our ONLY bathroom- a 5x7 room with simple design. On Friday, day 57, he told us to see if there was anything we could have him get to fix the crappy job he did in the niche. Asked the customer to find their own fix for his bad craftsmanship- in doing my research, I found from 4 experts that our shower WAS NOT WATERPROOFED underneath the tile. I have a detailed record of everything- this spreadsheet has all lies we were told in red and each yellow square is a day they pulled a no call no show. 12 times on a “10 day job” they didn’t show when expected or even call. We used a Porta Potty
