Terra Sowinski is in Belfair and her number is 360.275.5951 Katrina Neff is in Gig Harbor and her number is 253.861.9748 Nancy Spencer is out of Kitsap but she comes to Gig Harbor for clinic once a week to see locals. Her number is 253.862.6533 There are several others in the area. There's no one perfect/best midwife. They vary in which insurances they accept, hours they see women, and personality.   Nancy Spencer is amazing! It's been 18 years since I have seen her so I really don't know if she still does this but it's well worth it to find out. She is based out of Lake Tapps but she used to have a office in Gig Harbor. You won't be disappointed.
