Must be reliable, reasonably priced, and be able to do the following: Install ceiling fans/light fixtures, install appliances, minor drywall/patching work, interior door/trim installation, install faucets/toilets/undersink plumbing, etc. Ability to install basic kitchen cabinets/bathroom vanities preferred, but not required.
