  Ok I need help I rescued a dog from a elderly woman that was clearly neglecting the dog I don't know if the dog has had any shots or not but the problem I'm having is I am going to keep the dog but before I take to get shots this dog seriously needs to be groomed and maybe shaved it has tons of mats it has a really bad odor does anyone know someone that would be willing to groom her before she is seen by a vet PLEASE HELP
