Please stay away from this company. **HAVE BEEN ON WATCHDOG! MOST OF THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO COMMUNICATION. THEY HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFULLY TAKEN TO COURT BY PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS** Naomi takes your deposit and then ceases to communicate with you over any alterations wanted for our wedding flowers and just doesn’t reply to any of your messages or emails. She just ignores you, plain and simple. Told her I’m going with someone else because she’s just let us down consistently and she read my message 2 hours ago without the decency to even reply to that message of all the messages! She has turned off reviews and commenting on her Facebook page. Any comments on there already are family and friends trying to make her company look professional. Please avoid, I am £50 out of pocket with my deposit gone but have now gone with someone else and have the peace of mind I need for our special day.

We paid Truly Scrumptious thousands of pounds to decorate our wedding venue. Naomi (the owner) turned up late on the day in a disorganised state and when she left it was clear that not everything that we paid for and agreed on had been supplied. We paid hundreds of pounds for chairs to be covered, none where. We paid hundreds of pounds for lanterns to be hung from the ceiling, sadly less then 20 were supplied. The flowers we paid hundreds of pounds for were cheap and sparse. String lighting around the venue that we paid for was not supplied. What was supplied was at best not exactly what we wanted at worst pitiful. I mistakenly believed that Naomi was simply having a bad day and was let down by staff. After trying to resolve the situation via phone, email and letters it is abundantly clear she is acting in breach of consumer law and has no intention of offering any sort of refund.
If you are thinking of booking Truly Scrumptious Weddings I would strongly advise you not to. If you do then make sure to pay via a method that offers protection and not via cash, cheque or bank transfer. If you have booked then I would urge you to take a hit one the deposit and walk away before you are let down on one of the most import days of your life.

Not had a great experience with these guys. They don't seem to care about that fact either. We hired chair covers, top table and cake table swags and candelabras from them. On the day the table swags were missing, the candelabras were set up as a rush job, with the candles all wonky and falling out during the wedding breakfast! The second set of candles were not provided, the first set had burned down completely during the meal so we had nothing for the night. It was at this point I personally ended up chasing Naomi who owns the business to get the second set there before the evening got started. When I pointed out all these problems to Naomi after the day she simply gave a refund for the undelivered items and said she had put £20 in a paypal account (she hadn't) this was after much chasing after being ignored repeatedly. I originally booked with them as they used to be the preferred supplier of our wedding venue (The Manor, Meriden), since then they have been dropped which I think is telling in itself. Had many problems with lack of communication along the way regarding what colour sashes we wanted for the chairs/swags. This was repeated promises of samples being posted which never materialised. We were also asked by Naomi to meet her at 8am on a Saturday morning at a wedding she was setting up near where we lived and was told she would bring samples then (she never; and there was also no apology for wasting our time). We eventually thought we had it sorted when we agreed to collect some samples at a wedding which again they were setting up near us. We took the samples home to check colours against or bridesmaid dresses, identified the one we wanted and left them at reception to be collected by Truly Scrumptious the next day when they came back as agreed. All was OK I thought, until 1 week before the wedding (which was on the 27th December), Naomi messaged me to ask had we chosen our colour for the sashes? As she hadn't ordered anything yet. Yes I had, I replied 3 months before as described above. I was asked to look online and pick which one it was from a web site(?) which we ended up doing and hoped for the best that the colour would be the same as the one we wanted. Another stress to add to the list of stresses thanks to this company. I carried on hiring these guys as most people seemed to have a good service from them, and told myself they must know what they are doing despite my concerns before the day. Sadly I was not one of the satisfied people. Naomi is the queen of self promotion on social media and will have you believe she is running a slick business, which in my experience is more of a shambles. Beware!
