  My number is 01903 202019 or 07919216285. Just because the bumper is plastic doesn't mean it needs to be replaced. Most body shops will have a plastic bumper stapler/welder. Insurance companies will always opt for a repair as its cheaper. Kevi Bonanza if the bumper you damaged is split/cracked its unlikely your get it repaired for less than £200 in which case let it go through the insurance. Hard to give an accurate quote without seeing the damage. Have you got any pics?
