  Atlanta, Georgia- in Norcross area. Dr. Jeffrey Abrams! Been going to him for 5 years and LOVE him! All you do is say no vaccines and please recommend holistic alternatives whenever possible and he's fine with that! He has never in the 5 years and 2 boys ever brought it up again.
