  Our deck needs some TLC; some sanding, some new screws, and it needs to be conditioned/stained. Any suggestions for people that do this kind of thing? It is a second story deck if that matters.

  For the reconditioning finish on the deck, I took the advice of my paint contractor Jose Pagoaga (404 583 8742) and switched to a Behr paint in the fall of 2014. Still very pleased with that decision. Deck, rails, even the play-fort still look great. Jose has used the same paint crew for 10 years and is great at contracting all sorts of home improvements. He can make it all happen and you will be happy. Kathy Makowski gave me his information a few years ago.

  We just had our entire house painted - walls, closets, ceilings, garage - we are extremely happy with Jose at 404 583 8742. (And done in 3 days with 4 man crew working long days.)
