  Dr. Silverstein 777 Passaic Ave suite 485 (973) 473-1515 My girlfriend used to work there and had her eyes done about 15 years ago and never had any problems... I go to him for my annual exams... Wish I had the extra money to get them fixed... Maybe soon... Hope this helps... He is a specialist so insurance covers the exam.
