  Hi Everyone, I'm after some help... I have a 6 bed HMO in Hull, which is managed by a local agent as I don't live near. I had a group of professionals who all moved out at the same time on the 1st August. My current Agent has failed to re-let any of the rooms, not even 1, and it is now 3 months on!!!! They have advertised on Rightmove and Spareroom but say they aren't getting any interest. Has the Hull market for HMOs changed?? If not does anyone know of any good agents/management in Hull currently as I think Its time to change agents Any recommendations greatly appreciated. Thanks Rosie

  Get hold of Laura Elizabeth Wilson we are needing more rooms to rent we just finished doing up a few houses and filled them within days One on sana street filled within about 4 days We are currently taking stuff of other agents as they can't seam to fill them either so call 01482 242525
