He is not always time dependable, that is often late or doea things later, since he is so busy. But he does call and is very reasonable. Whatever you ask Mario he says yes, he does that. From concrete work, roofing repairs, painting, fences, cleaning, trash removal- he is there. Sometimes he tends to bite off more than he can chew, but is honest about it. Extremely pleasant to deal with. Still has some laanguage difficulties, but not major. His prices are fair. I would not trust him as yet with a very major job in a fine home, since I don't have enough experience with him in that type of situation.
