  We own a garage door company. Discount Door Service. My husband can help you out. His name is Will- 520-579-9084. Whatever you do, don't use Precision. They will charge you for "repairs" and replacements you don't need.

I want to say a gear is $100, new opener $310 for the best model. Those are installed prices but give him a call tomorrow for more info on what you need. He is fair and honest and 100+ glowing reviews on Angie's list. Good luck!
