He was under contract to build a small barn on my property. 10 weeks later it was still not finished and he has informed my husband he is not going to finish it. we only know this because we called him! There has been absolutely NO communication from Mr. Russell. He was given 92% of the money over a several week time frame and now, has run off. He is a thief! Not a man to be trusted. The work he did do is sloppy. He left nails, screws all over the place. Stall doors not hung properly and so on. Don't ever use this guy, he will take advantage of you and steal your money. I will be contacting the attorney general and notifying ALL other outlets so no one else is taken by this THIEF! the pics show trash left. the absence of sliding barn doors, and the place where a poured concrete wash stall should be..
