  Hi just wondering if anyone has had an experience with a phone and computer repair shop in East Street called Fone 2Fone, my friend Claire has had a very upsetting experience with trying to get a minor problem on her computer fixed with them, they have had her computer for over 3 weeks, when asking to find out what is happening, they have intimidated her, calling her disrespectful words. Do folks know anything about this shop, she is currently finding out about her rights with Trading Standards and CAB to find out what she can do next in what has been a very upsetting customer experience.
