Can anyone recommend a really good positive reinforcement dog trainer? Seems everyone is using shock collars and I don't want that. I don't mind driving a bit if the trainer is worth it.

Thanks Renee! Yes our company is Attention Dog Training, 352-603-0090, you can do the training with or without a ecollar. I'm a big advocate for them after training both ways and learning more about using them properly and seeing a training difference with the dogs. That'll be your choice though. Either way we do a free consultation if you want an evaluation.

Attention dog training is great. The guy comes to you or you can send the dog with him. I had a yellow lab that wouldn't listen to my wife what so ever (only me) and he would terrorize her to the point she would lock him in a room all day so she could walk around the house. Darrell at attention dog training did a great job we can now both control him and walks with no leash listens great and plays awesome with other dogs. I recommend him to any one. Great prices and flexible
I'm looking for a dog trainer. I know it's random. But a lot of places won't take them until 5 months and I need one like yesterday. If anyone knows of any in the lake County area!
