  Oklahoma City animal welfare division does free spay & neuter. You just have to be a resident in Oklahoma City. That's where I got my dog fixed at. You can call them and they can give you some more information. (405) 316-3663

  I am needing some advice on this... Does anyone know if there is any help out there for a homeless man who's dog is getting ready to have pups?? I just met this person maybe two months ago (he then disappeared for a few weeks) but just saw him again this past Sunday and his dog is definitely pregnant. I am crazy worried about these pups and momma making it through. Does anyone know of resources available for a situation like this? I'm just worried about these babies to be and their mom, and I would appreciate any information anyone can provide!!
