  progress made, Russ and i took another 480 pounds of junk out of that house, that makes 3014 pounds of nothing but garbage... so glad to be almost ready to start cleaning and painting. Need a good reliable licensed contractor that will test structure and give free estimates on repairs or remodels that we need done.
