  I have been trying to get in contact with Carolina Remodeling out of wake forest for 2 days and still haven't heard anything. They just installed a new heating system in our home and we are currently out of heat. Do anyone know of a direct contact or someone who could come check out our systems without charging so much?

  Oh, just had a thought. If your project was permitted, and assuming you are in Wake County, you can call Wake County permit office and ask who the HVAC subcontractor is on the permit. The permit office phone number: 919-856-6222. The only information you need is your address to find out. Again, I am assuming that Carolina Remodeling is a General Contractor and not an HVAC contractor.
