  I highly recommend Keystone in Hayward, 510-782-8285. A few years back we had rats after a neighboring roof was redone. They came and gave us an estimate and told me what they needed to do, seal up access near roof line etc to keep future rats out and put in traps and the service was top notch!

  I have a friend that is experiencing a problem with roof rats and rats under their house - Can any of you recommend a good exterminator that won't rip her off - she was quoted $10,000 which seems pretty excessive - Told her I'd reach out to the community - Thanks for any help you can give me.

  Had rat issue recently. Keystone Pest Control 510-782-8285 They did estimate and came and sealed the entries to my house and excellent follow through. Patient tech that thoughtfully solved the problem over a few weeks.
