  Hi everyone! I’ve posted the last few days asking for recommendations for exterminators and mold inspectors. We just purchased in Medford Lakes at 120 Iroquois. We are a military family with 2 little kids and have safety concerns. It appears the prior owner purposely covered up evidence of mold and water damage before they sold the house without disclosing. Anyone have any helpful knowledge of the prior owners they’d like to disclose? If so, please send me a private message.

  I'm pretty sure we have a raccoon in our attic it sounds like a medium sized dog walking around. Does anyone have a number of a company that lures wild animals out of homes but does not hurt them? Is that such a thing? I hope so I'm an animal lover however this animal keeps making noises in the middle of the night and waking up my 7 month old. Thanks in advance!
