  Anyone know a good Electrician in the Northern Minneapolis Suburbs who won't mind if I help with layout and grunt work to help cut down on the hours I'll need to pay for? Complete basement rewire. I've Angies listed a bunch of places but most of the companies that have come out for bids have never submitted their written bid. So I'm left waiting. Any help would be great. Cheers!
