  Looking for a recommendation. I want to have a tankless water heater installed in my condo unit. Ideally, I would like to have the same company doing the electrical work and the plumbing work. All the companies I called are not dealing with condos and the big players are too big to deal with one unit (They are behaving like they are gods or something and not returning calls) . Any companies you can recommend or one electrician and one plumber you know work together on these types of projects ? Thank you so much in advance.

  Lou's plumbing has always done a good job. (386) 672-4091 located in Ormond Beach, but I think they go to Flagler area.
