I had scheduled an appointment with doctor Todd's office two weeks ago as he only visits Columbus monthly and I recently gotten some fairly significant injuries that I was sure he could fix. I show up to Lodus Magnus where we scheduled the appointment, I walk to the door, and its locked. I knock a couple times then I call... I get a we "assumed" people would be through earlier I'm sorry in a far from sincere manner. He tells me they waited until the last minute.. well my appointment was 2pm and my clock said 1:58 so that is untrue and I would have been 15 minutes early but traffic was awful! Now I scheduled this with his office! So I work Saturdays in outside sales...I left a client early..and lost my last appointment which is pretty typical to make 1000.00... top it all off I still am in pain. This guy does good work but this should show you his level of courtesy and how he conducts business.
