  Need an electrician. I've got this outlet in the front yard I wanted to put a receptacle on and use for Christmas lights. It was hot, then I hooked the receptacle up, turned it on and nothing. Switch is good, breaker is good but I can't figure out what it could be. I'm in Twin Rivers subdivision by the McGregor airport.
