  I thought I was having thyroid issues (my mama has thyroid problems) and went to Nicole James, Center of Optimal Health in Sturgeon Bay. She practices functional medicine. It turned out that I didn't have a thyroid problem but extremely low on iron and magnesium and I have candida. It feels amazing to get my body back in check. She does phone consults too.
