  I have a question about real estate companies. I'm getting My license here and I have 12 years of real estate experience and I was a broker/owner in Louisiana. I do REO and Bank Owned since I enjoy it and find I'm More successful with this division of the industry. I'm looking for a smaller company or a company that doesn't have high office fees. I work on my own from home 99% of the time and do my own MLS changes,etc and I don't need training etc....so who in the area would you suggest?
