  The building I live in (4 flats) is having to endure power cuts on a nightly basis as the 'cable is about to go'. Potentially this could go on for a long time and there's no gas to my flat so everything's on lec. It's also a pain having to call the power distribution people every night/morning to send out an engineer. I was up from 04:00 this morning sorting it out. Can anyone shed any light on what's actually happening? Any knowledgeable electricians out there? Cheers.

  Complaints for WPD:http://www.westernpower.co.uk/.../How-to-Make-a-Complaint...And they have an 0800 number for calls so hopefully less than 14 p a minute to make any further calls.
