  50 year non-pro rated warranty. Just had 12 different companies give bids and this company was hands down the best in our opinion. Professionalism at their trade for over 100 years. We were very pleased with their work. They do not cut any corners, everything is done properly. I do not get any referral fee or prize for posting this, so it is just coming from someone who was completely satisfied. Estimates are free, and I recommend getting many.   http://www.schwartzroofing.com/ They are nationwide and very well respected. My parents just used them. Full 50 year warranty. They have been around for over 100 years. If at 49 years the product fails, roof is replaced fully. No prorating. They don't cut corners and are very respectable. We had over 12 companies and individuals place bids.
