  You can get free mulch from sycamore, Warner park and a few other places. If you go to cityofmadison.com and go to yard waste it will tell you all of the sites that they have.

  Heritage Heights is one neightborhood and Hiestand is another. Heritage Heights has a Facebook group that I have "liked". The alder, Lauren Cnare, lives in that neighborhood (good friend of ours). Jocelyn's God Mother once told me that she was on the board for the Hiestand neighborhood. That was about 5 years ago she told me that. Rolling Meadows has had active neighborhood associations but I do not know the current status. The city web page is supposed to have this information if you look (cityofmadison.com). The stress is on the word "supposed". It usually is not up-to-date.
