About us
We understand that with increasing demand on parents, time is of the essence and party planning can be at the back of your mind. DBA Theatres exciting themed parties for children of all ages are a way to remove that stress and worry and allow you as a parent to sit back and enjoy letting us do all the work for you.
You chose the date, time and venue and we will come to your home or the hired venue of your choice. Our parties are full of live entertainment, dramatic games, dance, songs and so much fun for everyone!
Whether they want to be princess for the day or a pirate, there is a party plan for all.
Themed parties:
All our parties contain dance, drama and singing. The entertainment includes a range of party games, stories and fun based competitions all around the chosen theme. The host will arrive in uniform with dress code for the theme. Characters are available on request to join in the party such as Cinderella at the princess party or Captain Jack Sparrow at Pirate theme.

*Pop Stars
*Musicals
*Your choice- We can try and adapt to your individual needs for your party to suit your child.
Added Extras:
*Pamper package
Includes 2 x treatments by a professional beauty therapist for each child from a selection of treatments.
*Cupcake package
Includes 4 cupcakes per child to decorate. Olivia provides everything including freshley baked cupcakes. The children just have to decorate with all the fun stencils, colours and shapes and sprinkles!
*Face Painting
Includes a proffesional face painter with a selection of face paints matching the chosen theme.
* One Character 1 hour - £40 2hours- £70
Two Characters/Entertainers - £100 per hour
Includes one or two characters such as Cinderella, Jack Sparrow, Tinkerbell, Pop star lookalike to entertain the children with the host.
Every birthday child recieves a free gift and all guests recieve a small token gift
FAQs
How long do the parties... show more last?
All of our parties last for 2 hours, but changes can be made and extras can be added onto the party package. We can cater for up to 15 children with one host and up to 25children with an extra host.
I want a party for over 15 children, how much is an extra host?
For 15-25 Children an extra cost of £15 is added onto the party package.
Will they come to any location?
Yes, they will come directly to your home or venue in and around the Coventry area. Travelling costs are only included if the distance is over 30miles. Then £5 is added for every extra half hour.
Can parents stay and watch?
We would kindly request that only 1 or 2 adults are present as too many adults present can inhibit the children’s focus and interest in the party. We want the host and/or entertainers to be the main focus and not lose the magical element.
How do I know that the host/characters will be good?
Our hosts and characters/entertainers are all CRB, Trained, DBA Theatre leaders or professional practitioners in their field. They are all extremely knowledgeable about the themes of the party and games included.
Do you provide food?
No, it is the responsibility of the parents to provide the food.
Do you provide party bags/gifts?
We can provide a drawstring DBA Bag with items included such as mini hairdo, stickers and balloons. You are more than welcome to add your own cake etc into this. The birthday boy/girl will receive a small gift, dependant on the theme and their age.
Do your academy students get any discount?
Yes, if your child is a member of DBA Theatres academy you receive 15% off the total party package price.
How much are the parties?
Parties vary in price but start as little as £50 and can be tailored to your needs with are on adds section.
