  I need to find a new PCP for Caroline. She was supposed to have an appt with her doctor today, they called me yesterday to cancel. Since she hadn't been seen in three years (she's 16) she would be considered a "new patient". Her doctor isn't taking new patients. I then called my doctor's office that I see (and my mother, sister, niece, aunt all go to). They don't take Caroline's insurance (Optima Family through Medicaid). I went through the long list of family practices and am totally overwhelmed. She doesn't need a pediatrician anymore. Any suggestions in Hampton and Newport News would be welcome.
