About us

A brief bit about myself.
My name is Tasha, I have a fiancée and a little girl.
I studied to be a chef at Bournemouth & Poole College as part of the Specialised Chef Scholarship. I went on to work at Ashdown Park Hotel, East Sussex as a chef and then specialised in Pastry.
I have attended cake courses with the likes of Pretty Witty, Michelle Rea & Dawn Pennington.
I then moved West after having my little girl and now work part time at Berwick Lodge, Bristol as well as setting up Tasha's Cakery.
I have been making cakes for family and friends for a few years and have now decided to set up my own business.
