  I highly highly recommend Dr.Howard Popkin of Harbor Woman's care 410-590-8844...he's the absolute best and the only one I trust. I strongly discourage anyone from Annapolis OBGYN due to them not diagnosing my baby I lost after 23 days of life in a children's hospital the whole time for sumthin shld have been seen n warned at my 20 wk sonogram. Go for Popkin girl or Dr.Stern there is also great
