We bought a 70 year old house which had been rented, flipped & otherwise defiled over its life span (think; "The Amityville Horror" house minus the swarming flies). In 11 degree weather, the tech crawled under the house in a 16" crawlspace & meticulously inspected/evaluated the problem-complete with photos. Over the past year we have used them extensively, one project at a time. Having lived in a dozen houses all over the world, we can definitely attest to their superior expertise. NOT as cheap as a guy with a magnetic sign stuck to his pickup truck door, but "you get what you pay for" applies.
